Red Lamington Cake (Francis Cake) - Only Available Locally

Our Francis cake is a version of the Australian Lamington Cake. It consist of a fluffy vanilla sponge cake that is dipped into a strawberry coulis and topped with shredded coconut, and to finish it up,  cherry and cream on top.
